The cost for the formation and initial filing is $1,000 and includes
* Checking name availability
* Filing of the Articles of Incorporation with the CA Secretary of State
* Payment of Initial State filing fee
* Bylaws and Initial Meeting Minutes included
* Obtaining a U.S. employer identification number ("EIN" or "federal tax ID") from IRS
* Providing U.S. tax advice with respect to entity type and filing requirements
* Filing Form 2553 for S-Corp Election when applicable
* Filing for the first statement of information with the CA Secretary of State
* BOI initial filing – Beneficial Ownership Information Reporting (new as of Jan. 1, 2024)
* No legal advice can be provided. Legal questions or Bylaws revisions will be referred to an Attorney
It does not include:
- City Business licensing
- Fictitious Business Name
